The POS module can link to all leading makes of point of sale equipment including our own Retail POS system. For shift or day batching EPOS systems, sales data retrieval can be initiated manually or automatically by means of the Auto-Poll facility. For real time transaction-based EPOS systems, sales data collection frequency can be adjusted to the user's preference.
The basic Sales module (which when purchased includes the POS and Posting modules) helps you reconcile your sales and banking, and provides facilities to audit your loyalty systems and external services such as car wash, jet wash, and vacuums. Competitor pricing information can be recorded, and there are a whole host of reports that can be generated in text and chart format to monitor your site's performance.
The optional Fuel module provides you with a full wet stock management system. There are swift and simple procedures for assisted ordering, electronic wholesaler links, deliveries and adjustments, and management of your bunkering agents. You can produce the full range of wet stock reports required by current legislation.
The optional Shop module provides comprehensive price file maintenance, assisted ordering, electronic wholesaler links, automated delivery, adjustment, and stocktaking procedures, as well as the ability to print shelf edge labels and barcodes. The wide range of reports give you the information you need to maximise your shop's potential.
The optional Credit module takes the strain out of managing your local credit account customers. Automated collection of sales transactions, flexible service charging and invoicing, simple receipt and adjustment routines together with key financial reports, enable you to maintain tight control of the credit facilities you offer.
The Posting module integrates Retail Controller into the industry-standard accounting packages. Sales, purchases and credit information collected by Retail Controller can be passed automatically into your account ledgers on a daily or weekly basis. If you use an accounting package that does not have a data import facility, then the Posting module can also generate a posting document from which data can be processed manually.
For retailers with multiple outlets, the Office module provides a gateway to head office systems for central accounting, price management, and internal email communications. Retail Controller can be used alongside our Network Controller and Retail Office systems to streamline network management and provide site-specific as well as network-wide reporting.
