Network Controller communicates with Retail Controller at each site to mirror data back to your head office so that central administrative work can be performed off-line. Specific tasks that can be performed centrally through the multi-user Retail Office application are:

Network Controller's communication facilities are flexible enough to allow you to initiate communication sessions from either the sites or head office, even scheduling them to occur automatically overnight.

For retailers already familiar with Retail Controller, learning how to use the Retail Office application is easy, as the two programs share an almost identical user interface. Hardware requirements are also very similar to those needed for Retail Controller.
