Indigo Retail Holdings was formed in September 2005 to supply retail management solutions to four associated markets:

• The petroleum market

• The convenience market

• The pharmacy market

• The hospitality market

Given the consolidation in the retail systems market in Europe, the founders of Indigo believe that opportunities will arise for a company that is focused on providing retailers with specific market-focused solutions.

Indigo Retail has a strong ethos of building the business on firm relationships with suppliers to ensure the latest technology is delivered to customers. Detailed feedback from customers is the dynamic for developing our products and services of the future. In our first months Indigo Retail will be boosting our customer helpdesk to provide an unrivalled service in an inadequately supplied market.

Our strategy is to enter the four markets we have targeted by way of very focused acquisitions and by retaining the management of those companies through a continuing financial, intellectual and emotional interest in the business they have been running. We will support those businesses with a small central team and add to their credibility by broader based marketing and a larger financial base.
